As we transition from AAPI Heritage Month to Pride Month, we've come up with a design that celebrates the intersection of our race, gender and sexuality. With all the pain that has been inflicted upon our community for the past few years, we wanted to create something that reflects our strength, power and resilience.
The profits from this series of tops will go to @redcanarysong,a grassroots massage worker coalition comprised mostly of self-identified Asian-American sex workers and Allies. Their work supports and provides resources for migrant workers.
Considering the tragedy of the Atlanta spa shooting and the more recent Korean salon shooting in Dallas, we felt that donating to @redcanrarysong would be an appropriate way of giving back to the most vulnerable in our community.
The only money we will keep from the sales is the cost of production and the rest will go to @redcanarysong from now till the end of pride.
